Sedalia Garners Second POWRi WAR Event

BELLEVILLE, Ill. – Padding an already impressive POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League schedule, Missouri State Fair Speedway will host a second series race next year.

The Sedalia, Mo., half mile will run a pair of special events with POWRi WAR.

The first will occur on July 29, with the tour racing alongside the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions. POWRi WAR will then headline the Missouri State Fair Race on Sunday, Aug. 22.

This year’s two races mark a highly anticipated return to traditional sprint car racing at the fairgrounds dirt oval.

Previous POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League feature action at the Missouri State Fair saw Korey Weyant take home the top honors in 2016.

More recently, Braydon Cromwell wheeled his way to the checkered flag first in an unsanctioned, non-winged feature event in 2019.
