GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Danny Dietrich, the reigning Central Pennsylvania sprint car champion, has confirmed that all major partners will return to the Gary Kauffman Racing stable this season.
Those notable backers include Weikert’s Livestock, Pace Performance, Sweeney Chevrolet/Buick/GMC, Self Made Racing, and Sandoe’s Fruit Market.
In addition, Big Cove Whitetails, Drop Of Ink Tattoo, Graver’s Garage, Racer’s New & Used Parts Warehouse, and El Vista Orchards will also back Dietrich in 2020, all playing a vital role in Dietrich’s plan to outdo his 2019 performance.
One year ago, Dietrich earned 15 victories, including one against the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and two against Tony Stewart’s All Star Circuit of Champions.
“First of all, I can’t thank Gary Kauffman enough for what he does for me and this race team. We’ve built a program that can be competitive anywhere we go and that’s really motivating, especially for all of our partners who stand behind us and push us to be the best,” said Dietrich, who also earned the Williams Grove Speedway track championship in 2019. “I’m hoping for even bigger things in 2020.”
Dietrich will kick-off his 2020 schedule with action in Florida, making his debut during the annual All Star Circuit of Champions portion of the DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park on Feb. 5.
“Todd Weikert of Weikert’s Livestock and Derek Snyder of Pace, Sweeney and Self Made are a huge part of this team and we can’t thank them enough for what they do,” Dietrich noted. “All the guys from Big Cove Whitetails, Drop of Ink Tattoo, Graver’s Garage, and El Vista Orchard; they all do so much and it’s greatly appreciated. We wouldn’t be able to build the schedule that we do, and compete at the level that we do, without their support.”
